The programme takes at least 12 months to complete and gives you the opportunity to gain an Intermediate Apprenticeship in Hospitality and Catering (Level 2) – equivalent to five GCSEs (A*-C grade). You’ll gain work experience and learn new skills that will last you a lifetime. These include planning and organisation, communication, confidence when dealing with customers, decision-making and team work.

On the Apprentice jobs page, enter your postcode or area where you live and click Go. Choose a position and fill in our online form (this takes about half an hour).
If we like what we read, we’ll invite you to the restaurant to try out working with the team and have an interview with the Manager (also takes about half an hour).
A second interview with your Tutor Assessor will assess your suitability for the Apprenticeship Programme.
If all goes well, we’ll offer you an apprenticeship.
