Learn all about the hospitality industry from one of the most successful restaurant chains in the world – and earn good money at the same time. The programme takes at least 12 months to complete and gives you the opportunity to gain a Hospitality Team Member Apprenticeship (Level 2). This is a nationally recognised qualification, equivalent to five GCSEs grade A*-C. You’ll gain practical work experience and learn new skills that will last you a lifetime. These include planning and organisation, communication, confidence when dealing with customers, decision-making and team work.
What we look for
If you are aged 16+ and have left or are leaving school, the McDonald’s Apprenticeship Programme could be for you – you’ll have good communication skills and a professional attitude, and will be keen to develop new skills. Age restrictions apply outside of England.
Earn whilst you learn
