Key Responsibilities

- Business & Finance

Support performance against KPIs (sales, profit, customer satisfaction)
Use reports to drive action plans
Help manage stock, labour costs, and rotas
Understand and influence monthly P&L

- People & Operations

Lead and motivate a diverse team
Deliver exceptional shift operations
Coach and develop team members and shift managers
Be hands-on during peak times

- Training & Development

Champion regular 1-2-1s and coaching sessions
Lead from the front on training and values
Grow confident, capable team leaders

What We’re Looking For

1+ years in management in QSR role or fast-paced hospitality/retail
Availability - Full-Time required and must be fully flexible across weekdays, weekends, early mornings, and late evenings
Strong communication and leadership skills
Passion for developing others
A high level of integrity and commitment
