Customer Services

The Customer Services Team centres around listening and providing solutions for our customers. We represent our customers by being their voice across the business and work to rebuild their trust in the brand.

We also work closely with a number of internal customers including office departments such as the Legal Team, Supply Chain and Safety, Security and Licensing Team to support us with our queries. We provide proactive support to our Franchisees and Operations Hierarchy to resolve some of the most complex customer complaints.
