As a shift leader you will be part of a multi million pound restaurant new to the local area and employing up to 80+ employees.  You will have responsibility of managing shifts to deliver outstanding experiences for our customers, upholding company standards, building sales and growing profitability.  To achieve this you will have the opportunity to work with, coach and develop a multi generational workforce in a fast paced, fun environment.

This position is open to people whom have experience of managing and leading teams within the retail, hospitality, business or a customer focused environment. Additionally, this role is restaurant based and involves working changeable shift patterns including working weekends and bank holidays.

Position Attributes:

Management training will be provided with the opportunity to learn first aid and attend courses, the initial training will take place locally in preparation for the restaurant opening in September.

You will work a variety of day parts, including breakfast, evenings and overnights (if trading 24hrs) to become accustomed to shift work and experienced in all aspects of the business.
