[00:01] My name's Catrina. I'm a customer care at McDonald's
[00:03] my job consists of looking after every
[00:06] customer that comes through McDonald's doors and keeping
[00:09] the restaurant clean and tidy ready for the next customer to
[00:12] come and enjoy their food. It's always important for this specific role that
[00:15] you're open and you are greeting everyone but you're
[00:18] approachable as well. My favorite thing about my job is
[00:21] getting to learn and to understand different levels of people, meeting
[00:24] different customers and different experiences every
[00:27] day, which makes my experience grow. I love being part
[00:30] of McDonald's team. It's great. It's like your own little work family.
[00:33] You've always got each other's back and that's one of
[00:36] the main things I've enjoyed working in McDonald's so far.
