Customer Experience Leaders guarantee that every customer who walks through their restaurant door is welcomed, has everything they need and leaves feeling special. You’ll spot and quickly fix any problems that may affect the customer experience. You also know what makes people happy and will go out of your way to make feel good moments they won't forget.

To apply for a job as a Customer Experience Leader, you’ll need to be legally allowed to work in the UK.
Work full-time and you’ll receive 28 days’ holiday a year. Work part-time and your holiday will be calculated on a pro-rata basis.

We’ll review your performance three times during your first year, and every six months from then on. Your pay will be reviewed annually based on these reviews.

We celebrate continuous service by awarding you with retail gift vouchers – £75 for 5 years’ service, all the way up to £1,000 for 30 years’ service.
